Kacang central defender Mal Berba’s rehabilitation from his long-term knee injury seems to be causing a strain to his mindset, confesses the
22-year old central defender Mal Berba has found the recovery process a burden to his mind and to add to it, he also finds it hard to watch his Nuts team-mates in action from the stands at the MMU Stadium.
"Everyone surely knows that I am not in my ideal state of mind, the one I used to be in when I was in Kacang's starting line-up two or three times a week," Mal said on his website.
"Now I am playing a different game. I have been working hard every single day and want to be back soon. I need to be patient."
"I have to respect Kacang management's decision not to comment on my state of health, as it's their choice and they have been doing their maximum to have me back in action," Mal added.
"I am not the first or the last football player who has been sidelined for a year."
Mal, who has not made a single appearance for the North Cyberjaya club in the
